Things Which Matter Most – March 7, 2021

We welcome Rev. Steve Bolen as our guest speaker this week.  Rev. Steve will be joining us from his home in Georgia.  Having been raised in the study of metaphysics and mysticism, when Rev. Steve Bolen found Unity in the early 1980s, he intuitively knew it was the spiritual path that he was to take. Over the next thirty years, he served Unity churches in Tennessee, Arizona, Texas and Georgia.

Over the course of his career in ministry, he has served as President of the Unity Ministers of the Mid-Atlantic States and with Mary, sat on the Advisory Council of the Association for Global New Thought. He has been recognized by the Board of Preachers of The Martin Luther King Chapel at Morehouse College and cited for his leadership in the Interfaith community of Central Texas.

Rev. Steve:

The German Philosopher Goethe wrote, “Things which matter most must never be at the mercy of things which matter least.” Jesus offered similar wisdom when he said, “what is that to you, follow me.”  When we get still long enough, our Spirit, our Christ Essence is there to guide us to what matters most, helping us keep a healthy perspective. Join us as we focus on these wisdom teachings and encourage one another to seek and embody “what matters most.”
